A full size stage set has a 22" bass drum, a studio or fusion set has a 20" bass drum. A 13" bass drum set is usually for ages 2 to 3,
a 16" for ages 3 to 4. Ages 5 & up should be playing on a full size drumset.

About 1,000 Canadians have reported being victims of a similar scam since 2000, said RCMP Cpl. Louis Robertson of the
criminal intelligence and analytical unit of the Canadian Anti-Fraud Call Center. Robertson said eBay is trying to hide the problem
and has not returned any of his phone calls.
"They don't want to share this intelligence," he said. "I don't think it
will be in the best interest of eBay to say that X number of
Canadian consumers have been the victim of a fraud."Robertson said he believes eBay is ignoring police and customers because
it doesn't want people to know criminals have figured out how to abuse the site......There needs to be tougher laws so internet
companies will act more responsibly, said Robertson. eBay did not respond to several phone calls and an e-mail from CBC News.
Meanwhile, Canada's Consumer Watchdog issued a warning about brokerage fees, saying it had received a
number of consumer complaints about them.The fees, which can add as much as $30 to a $100 purchase, are charged by
private courier services that deliver packages ordered from outside of Canada, the federal Competition Bureau said.Often
unexpected by the shopper, they are poorly disclosed on sellers' websites and come as an unpleasant surprise
on top of duties and taxes, the agency also said.

Most of the cheapest guitars on eBay , at liquidators and at discount dept stores
are of such a low quality that no reputable music store would ever stock them.
Usually the frets aren't properly placed, causing bad intonation which makes
anything you play on it sound horrible, and off key. Learning to play on a guitar
like that will lead to developing a bad ear, which is very difficult to correct.
